ERIN Resources Pty Ltd (Australian Incorporated) owns 100% of Erin Mineral Resources (Nigeria) which is the operating company in Nigeria. ERIN has an office and an exploration team working out of Abuja, the capital of Nigeria.

The ERIN team has:

  • International, African and Nigerian experience in the mining and exploration industries;

  • Legal and commercial experience in the Nigerian resource sector and local prospecting and exploration knowledge and expertise;

  • International experience in operating mining companies (large and small) and mining operations and experience in all aspects of capital raising (debt and equity) for mining ventures;

  • The local knowledge, expertise and relationships together with the international knowledge, expertise and relationships to successfully achieve its objective to build a mining company and to take that company to the world’s capital markets.

Tenement Holdings

  • ERIN has been granted 4 exploration licences and has priority registered applications for 15 exploration licences for gold, diamonds and other minerals (see Annexure).

  • ERIN is currently engaged in negotiations to secure 6 promising gold and base metal prospects.
