Erin Mineral Resources Limited (Australian incorporated) owns 100% of Erin Senegal (Senegal) and Erin Mineral Resources (Nigeria). Erin operates out of Kedougou (Kedougou Region) in Senegal and Gusau (Zamfara State) in Nigeria whilst having representative facilities in Dakar and Abuja, the respective capital's of Senegal and Nigeria.

The ERIN team has:

• International, African and West African experience in the exploration and mining sectors;

• Legal and commercial experience in the West African resource sector and local prospecting and exploration knowledge and expertise;

• International experience in operating mining companies (large and small) and mining operations and experience in all aspects of capital raising (debt and equity) for mining ventures;

• The local knowledge, expertise and relationships together with the international knowledge, expertise and relationships to successfully achieve its objective to build a mining company and to take that company to the world’s capital markets.
